Ouch. Apparently it was my fault that the Prius was acting up. I get a call this morning and they found the problem. When I replaced the battery there was one connector that was not tight enough and it was just enough to cause all of my problems. I usually am good about those things, but considering where the battery is in the Prius (behind the right rear tire well) it doesn't surprise me.

Oh well, at least it was only $50 to fix.
